To publish an application in the AppStore via itunesconnect.apple.com, you need to download screenshots of the application for different permissions.

How can I do without XCode, because I have Windows and without real Apple devices.

Well, what comes to mind to you:

1) on the screenshots. I understand that your application can be simply opened in the browser in any size, and then attach the status bar to the screenshot

2) find all the devices, and make screenshots yourself.

3) upload to testFlight (or via build.phonegap.com) and send invitations to friends who have devices and ask them to make screenshots and send.

4) create an account on AWS device farm, load your application there with a couple of tests that will open different screens, and then get video / screenshots of test results and use them.
