The problem is this: in the middle there is a block with messages. They are already aligned to the bottom of the parent unit, but the scrollbar does not work. Maybe I was wrong somewhere before.
Tell me who knows how to make the messages at the bottom of the central unit (as it is), but for the scrollbar to work if the browser is narrowed down vertically.
