There was a release of the application. It is available with android 4.0. I have a Nexus 5 ( version 6.0.1 ).
When testing on different devices (more than 40 with different versions), there were no problems. An employee ( HTC M8 (6.0 android) ) downloaded the application and it constantly crashes.
Began to test. I started the debug - it started , I launched the release version - it started , I launched the signed apk release version - I started up , but with Google Play it didn’t .
If someone knows or encountered this problem, write a possible reason and, if there is, a solution. The employees have already forgotten, but I'm still interested.

    Let the employee send a report about the crash through Google Play, you will get the freeze in the developer console. Or add to the application, for example, google analytics - it collects all the crashes without sending static cracks. - Vladyslav Matviienko
