Actually the question is how to open a terminal in fedora, i.e. as on many distributions in the catalog, press the right mouse button and choose to open a terminal. And in fedora there is nothing like that, maybe there is some kind of key combination?

Press the key combination ALT + F2 in the open window gnome-terminal press ENTER

    Parameters -> Keyboard -> Additional combinations -> + -> register gnome-terminal and key combination, see screenshots enter image description here
