Can. The easiest option: install ChromeOS, when installing, split the disk into 3 partitions, 2 for each OS and swap partition, install the bootloader on the hard disk, not the partition, but the system itself into one of the partitions. Then, install Ubuntu on another partition, you can use the swap partition on both systems, install the bootloader on the hard disk itself. The downloader will see that there is a ChromeOS on another partition and will add it to the system selection list for the download.
