Hello. When you try to start the adb server, the system hangs tight. It turns off only the shutdown button. Replacing the standard port 5037 with another gave the adb working at once, now this trick does not work. Linuxmint system kde 18. 64bit. Moreover, a similar problem occurs on other distributions. The ADB was used, both installed through the distribution repositories, and downloaded with sdk. The same result gives access to adb through the terminal and through AndroidStudio. Tested including with different cores from 3.10 to 4.7. Where to dig?)

  • Try it here: stackoverflow.com/q/29172905/3212712 - Yuriy SPb
  • The same message from strace. It is advised to put 32bit version. Will there be a loss of performance in this case? - SlaWeak
  • I have never encountered such a problem and have never used Linux. I can’t say anything about the loss of performance either. I just brought the link, which I found in Google) - YuriySPb
  • There is nothing special in the adb code that could cause a hang. Look in the direction of the curves of the USB controller drivers. Remove from the system (turn off in the BIOS settings) all USB controllers from manufacturers other than Intel / NEC / Renesas. - Pioneer
