The project file .sublime-project and .sublime-workspace have already been deleted. But in the list of quick project choices (Quick Switch Project, Ctrl+Alt+P in linux), the project remained:

I do not need it, how to remove it from there?

When deleting or moving projects, the list of fast switching between them in the sub-license is cluttered with irrelevant items, and when moving projects, with duplicates, one worker and one non-working. - Vitaly Emelyantsev

The question is incorrectly formulated. // 1. According to the conditions of the question, you need to remove not the “project”, but the project workspaces, the lines with the paths to the .sublime-workspace files, and not the .sublime-project files. // 2. Alt+P opens the Menu Bar Project item, from where commands are run to manage projects. To call it “list of quick project selection” in my opinion is incorrect. The “Quick Project Selection List” is rather a Quick Switch Project — Ctrl+7, Ctrl+Alt+P // Thank. - Sasha Chernykh
  • 1. The panel is called the quick switch project, and the items are called xxx.sublime-project . Therefore, I used the term "project". Although you need to delete the path to the .sublime-workspace . 2. In Linux, the combination for the quick switch project - Alt + P, did not know that it was different in Windows. I will clarify this in the question. - Vitaly Emelyantsev

On the hotkey - thanks, really long ago changed the combination. Corrected in the question is the name. Also I attached my screenshot - .sublime-project in the list, such is in Linux and in windows. A strange situation, of course. - Vitaly Emelyantsev

This list is based on the data in the sub-session session file. You need to open the session file and delete the path to the already deleted .sublime-workspace file from there.

For this:

1. Locate the file Session.sublime_session

Open Sublime Text. Go to Preferences - Browse Packages . Go up one level - you will see the Local folders, Packages . Go to Local . There will be a file Session.sublime_session .

  • In linux, the path is like this:

    /home/username/.config/sublime-text-3/Local/Session.sublime_session

  • In windows:

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Local\Session.sublime_session

2. Close Sublime Text

Otherwise, the sublime will not allow to save the modified Session.sublime_session file.

3. Edit Session.sublime_session in any text editor.

Find the recent_workspaces section. It will list the paths to all your .sublime-workspace files. Delete the necessary, save the file. Launch Sublime Text.

This should not be handled by hand. Added feature request to ProjectManager plugin. Thank. - Sasha Chernykh
