Is there an analogue of ++ Builder for Linux? And do APIs like IntToStr, etc. work in it?

IntToStr does not depend on IDE (c ++ Bilder). IDE is for example Eclipse with a module for c ++, Anjuta, etc.

As far as I know, the IntToStr function is exactly the Borlandian intolerable thing. Standard C ++ provides other mechanisms for converting numeric types to strings. - skegg

There are no analogues. Do not need.

There are convenient environments for developing C ++ code in Linux: QtCreator Eclipse

Qt, and another pack of open source projects. And the compiler itself is the most - gcc.
