I think WindowsFormsApplication is quite suitable for this. You can add a DataGridView to the form and link it to the database via BindingSourse (all these elements are in the Toolbox ). Well, or you can use WPF , it is more flexible. For the site will be better. There are also DataGrid's necessary.
