In general, everything is simple, you just have to be careful :) There is a minimized tab "Advanced Project Options" -> click "Advanced" -> specify "Use custom workspace" -> "Directory" = "workspace / pipeline" in the job. Thus Joba Pipeline will work in one workspace.
