Are there any technologies at the moment allowing to recognize speech on win 7 rus?
I know about the existence of System.Speech.Recognition , but as far as I know, I don’t want to work on Russian win.
I found the info about the existence of Microsoft.Speech , but it didn’t work out even to find it, it seemed to install everything, but it wasn’t found in Reference (Or rather I found something but connected SpeechLib , which also did not express any particular desire to work.
