In the register_post_type function in the parameters array there is an array of labels , and its 'name' property specifies the main name for the post type. Is it possible to somehow display this name in the template, being in the archive of any type of records?

The function get_queried_object on the record archive page returns a post object ( WP_Post_Type ), the property of which labels can be addressed:
$queried_object = get_queried_object(); $labels = $queried_object->labels; echo $labels->name; // выведет название типа записи
