There are a number of JOBs that are written to the all_scheduler_job_log . Submission system and I have read only rights. Someday you will have to clean up the log view.

    Oracle automatically clears the scheduler logs once a day. By default, everything that is older than 30 days. If not satisfied, you can change:

    exec dbms_scheduler.set_scheduler_attribute('log_history','21');

    If you do not have enough rights, contact your DBA.
