    In the modern world, all letters must be sent via verified SMTP servers, for example, smtp.yandex.ru, smtp.google.com. Since hosting providers may block the mail() function of PHP, for example, there are a lot of reasons for this, or your letters stupidly fall into spam for incorrect settings. To use these SMTP from yandex or google, you just need to get yourself a mailbox with the appropriate provider.
