The essence of the question is as follows. There is a slider, which consists of a list of ul in which any number of li , in which there is some kind of content.
Managed by touch and mouse events. How to do if there is no previous or next slide before (backward scrolling) or after (forwarding forward), resistance (if I correctly call it).
