    Option 1:

    border-image - used to display a hand-drawn border around an element.

    Example:

      border-image: url(images/bg-image.png) 30 round round;

    Where
    url - the path to the image;
    30 - thickness of the border;
    round - repeats the drawing and scales it so that on the side of the element is an integer number of images.

    Use multiple background images.

    For example:
