Please tell me, I have a local list of videos - they are very long and cannot be cut. I want to do a little navigation on them via html. Is it possible to link to specific time-codes of the video using only one html?

(Example from noodle)

If you can not quickly and simply, how can?

if the player does not have some kind of API through which the timecode can be received, then this cannot be done - Zoltan Toth
  • Thanks for the answer. The video opens in a new tab, Mozilla Firefox. I'm in flight, right? =) - J.Lin

You can try to use the HTML5 video fragment URI :

 <video autobuffer controls> <source src="video-sample.mp4#t=00:11:15"> </video>

And then change the src video when you click on links / buttons.

  • Thank you very much, saved! At first, it scared the video was on the page itself, but I wrapped it in details. The bulky construction of tags turns out, but I am happy as an elephant, that it is not necessary to suffer with scripts =) - J.Lin
