Oh, I remember how much time I spent trying to make tabs from a pivot. Here https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples/tree/master/Samples/XamlPivot is an example tabs. The whole point in the customization of styles. And in order to add strips it is necessary to add a lower border to the active element using visual states in the style. I managed to make the same tabs as in the call. It is a pity that it was not useful.
