When in the PHPstorm environment you put new variables in the constructor arguments and press alt + Enter, the environment allows you to select the initialization of class properties in the menu that appears. The problem is that private is substituted. In an older version of phpstorm, a dialog box appeared in which you could choose from three possible private, public, protected. I can not find in the settings where to enable the appearance of this window. Thanks in advance for your help.

    It is impossible to do this out of the box, but nothing prevents you from writing your own plugin.
