In setting up mail servers noob, please do not kick. I want to set up an SMTP server to send notifications (all white with user permission), but the setting for sending and creating my mailboxes for receiving emails I understand these are different things, I did not plan to do my mailbox, but then if someone responds to the robot who sent the letter with no-reply@mydomain.com (and there will definitely be such) what will happen in this case? Or do you have to create your own boxes on my server?

One way to check incoming email for spam is that the server that received the email tries to send an email in response to the same address from which it received it (it tries, the actual sending does not occur, only a few commands are sent). If, in response, he receives a message that the mailbox does not exist, the received letter may be spam.
Therefore - the return address is needed . If the server from which you will send emails will refuse to attempt to send a letter to the mailbox from which it is sent - with some of your recipients your emails may get in spam.
However, you can not necessarily make a box with exactly the same name, but set up a redirect to some other box. The main thing is that your mail server would be ready to receive a letter for the address no-reply@mydomain.com.
