It is possible that you have it is not a web font. Look in the browser inspector, is it determined by you at all, or is it just the default one?

UPD Yes, I understood everything, as you can see from the screenshots, it was run through Font Squirrel, and this font is not suitable for the web, find better on Goole Fonts similar or other alternative or such but made specifically for the web.

If through Font Squirrel the services similar to it didn’t help either, then this is purely for typography a set of fonts and it is not suitable for web designers. But it happens that there are several options for printing houses and web designers, otherwise use another similar one.
