It seems like everything is going on, loading the first one, but I’m more confused by the graphical shell of the bootloader: it’s all smeared and pixely, as if the drivers are missing something or something else. Why is that? This is normal? I put it on a virtual machine in Ubuntu - everything is OK, it can be seen as it should, the picture is clear and not smeared. Tell me, why is this happening?

This is normal, because the drivers for the video card will have to be installed after installing Windows (there are no suitable drivers in the distribution kit for your device)

    • I support. In Ubuntu, the drivers were out of the box. These firewoods themselves are not very (which is not surprising, because they are not made by video card manufacturers), so you can supply firewood from the manufacturer, they will be better (but usually with their own problems too). And Windows does not give any drivers out of the box, so you have to immediately go after installing the video card manufacturer on the website and download and install there. - smellyshovel

Because, during the installation of windows , there is a definition of the equipment on which the system is installed. To be able to work with the equipment immediately after installation, the developers added drivers for all devices to the installer. So, during the installation, the hardware is being detected, and the drivers are installed for it.

Since there are a huge number of manufacturers of devices and hardware models, you simply cannot physically put all the drivers for all devices into the installer. Get a huge size distribution winodws. Therefore, the developers and made roughly a few universal drivers. It turns out after installation the device works, but some of the features are not available.
