The site has a side menu for navigating information block sections (more than 4 nesting). I connect components to the page in the include area. The problem is that when you configure the CNC element, the side menu and the site footer disappear when you go to the element page, while everything is fine on the page with the list of elements. With the CNC disabled, everything works correctly. The CNC for the partition is not configurable at all (configured at https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/learning/course/?COURSE_ID=34&LESSON_ID=3579 ). Bitrix version 16.0.11.

  • Did you make the NC settings only in the settings of the information block or in the settings of the output element component too?
