What to do?

The program is fully installed, the Russian version.

  • Something I suspect is that the system version or VS is not licensed. I have VS running the latest version of the regular - Almightily

Many of my friends, this operating system does not allow you to run VS 2015. But the old versions are going with a bang. Either reinstall Windows or version VS.
