There are raspberry pi 3 c Raspbian on board. The sound is output to ALSA. Baresip console sip client installed. When you call there, as it should be - the sound from the caller's microphone is output to the speakers. I actually need to do so that it does not appear, and was output on demand (there is a samopisny demon on the node). I did not find this in the sip client functions, but I found it in the config file:

audio_player alsa,default audio_source alsa,default audio_alert alsa,default

Completely muffle the sound in the entire system is not an option, as in the background can play something with an audio player.
