DialogFragment + RevealEffect. And as it was a classic bug, so they did not fix it. When dispatch touch DialogFragment animation can start several times, depending on the number of clicks, passing its duration, ends. Looks not ok.

You can do it in the same way, you can do it with the help of popup, you can do it with the help of an additional layer and hide it, or with toolbarLayout.
