It is necessary to make a script widget for insertion into any site with any encoding so that Russian characters are displayed correctly (for now I try to insert a site into win1251). So far, I stumbled upon the charset attribute of the script tag, but to no avail (i.e. there is a result - the crocodiles have changed to question marks).
