Good evening! Such a problem: in Asterisk, when initiating a call through the AMI interface, if the extension is busy (talking), the CALL DOESN'T KNOWN. If on the phone the DND mode is turned on, or to be repulsed manually, then it repels, as it should:

AMI Commands:

Asterisk 12.5.0, FreePBX 12.0.7. Dialplan standard, not changed.

CallWaiting Disable

put in AMI Context: default - did not help
