As seen in the figure, the marks on the OY axis (AixsY) are centered on the bottom of the strokes. How to make the marks on top of the stroke? I tried to shift the label through the IntervalOffset property,

but in this case, the labels are shifted along with the axis values, and I need the values ​​to remain unchanged. Here I specified IntervalOffset = 3.

    After some time searching for information on this issue, I came to the conclusion that it is impossible to change the position of the stroke labels while preserving the values. Therefore, I had to use the CustomLabels add functionality on the OY (AxisY) axis.
