I rebooted the computer, and the interface, and the pages began to appear in a lower resolution. I have 1440 x 900. And the browser resolution is 1132 × 614. I reset the browser settings did not help. Reboot too. Scale 100%.

The issue is resolved.
This is a famous bug since 2013. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=395425 Apparently another update brought the old fruits.
It seems to have helped some of this:
#1 Modified shortcut to: chrome.exe" /high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1 #2 Disabled/Enabled DirectWrite on the chrome://flags page. Alexander Alexander
