Wrote a screensaver program. I want it to start when the CD is loaded. And I would like without a choice (open as a conductor or autorun) and immediately so that the program registered in Autorun.inf is launched.

[autorun] open=autorun.exe icon=autorun.ico

Now when loading, it displays a window with a choice of actions. It is assumed that the disk will be distributed.

    As far as I remember, the autostart was turned off a long time ago due to the mass distribution of Malvari through it. - Vladimir Martyanov

    Addition to the previous comment: disabled even in windows xp sp2. Since then, a window appears with a choice of what you want to do with the disk. Wikipedia article - Andrew B
