The problem is in the display of controls in the form designer (VS 2010, Windows 10). In the studio, one is displayed (ie, indents / positions of elements, etc.), and in runtime it is different. Because of this, it is difficult to sculpt something on the form, you have to run the program, look in runtime and then fix it in the designer.

What could be the problem?

PS The system has all the design (font size, etc.) staffed, did not change anything.

Regular controls are displayed normally, the difference is only in the size of the window :

The solution turned out to be trivial.

By default, the form has a Tahoma, 9.75 font, just changed the font size to 10, and everything fell into place.
