The problem was solved by changing the firmware. I thought that the problem is root rights. Installing root did not help, I decided to roll back root and downloaded the original firmware J500HXXU1BPG8_J500HOXE1BPG8_SER.zip on the Internet. After installing this firmware through the Odin v3.12.3 program, debug started working.
