Hello. I want to make a mobile version for the site. Not just an adaptive template, but a mobile version separately. I have this question. How best to do it, in terms of layout and css? can be set the maximum width of the page and the size of the blocks set in% so that it goes under different screens? or is bootstrapping the best option?

You can do it on bootstrap, it will be faster, but for some designers, for example, I don’t like their breakpoints. Minimum for example 767px. I do media queries to 320px, 480px and so on. So it will be better usability

I usually focus on the width of the screen 320, 480, 600, 900, 1200. I analyzed this question and statistics show that these are the most popular sizes, covering almost all needs. - Abmin

Check out the Google Adaptive Design and Search Engine Optimization for Mobile Devices documentation. Probably you can use the latest offspring of Google AMP ++ samples . You can also use the jQueryMobile ++ framework . In my opinion, yet more progressive is the adaptive design. In this case, the creation of a subdomain and duplication of content is not required. But for mobile design there are various techniques.
