The question is this: There are two accounts, A and B, I need to return to the initial state of Windows, so that all the files that are used on account A are not affected, but on account B everything has been cleared.

Is it possible?

    1. Do a restore with saving user data :

    Options -> Update and Security -> Restore -> Reset the computer to its original state -> Start

    1. Delete user profile B:

    Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> User Profiles -> Options ... -> Select User B -> Delete
