If in the terminal, then:

SDK /Applications/Android\ Studio.app/Contents/plugins/android

NDK /Applications/Android\ Studio.app/Contents/plugins/android-ndk

If in the Finder, then ΠŸΡ€ΠΎΠ³Ρ€Π°ΠΌΠΌΡ‹ -> ΠΏΡ€Π°Π²ΠΎΠΉ ΠΊΠ½ΠΎΠΏΠΊΠΎΠΉ ΠΌΡ‹ΡˆΠΈ Π½Π° Android Studio -> ΠŸΠΎΠΊΠ°Π·Π°Ρ‚ΡŒ содСрТимоС ΠΏΠ°ΠΊΠ΅Ρ‚Π° -> Contents/plugins/ -> android and android-ndk folders lie here

UPD: SDK sources - /Users/Имя ΡŽΠ·Π΅Ρ€Π°/Library/Android/sdk
