Good day!

Tell me, please, is it possible to turn an unlogged table into a NOT unlogged table, that is, into a regular permanent table?

Thank!

Yes, it became possible just at 9.5 :

    ALTER TABLE table_test SET LOGGED

Source: [SO] How to apply the PostgreSQL UNLOGGED feature to an existing table?

       ALTER TABLE tablename SET LOGGED

These features were added only in 9.5, but judging by the tags, this restriction will suit you.
