First, remove the jQuery reload. Now in the <head> :

 <script src="/media/jui/js/jquery.min.js"></script>

and before </body> :

 <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.4/jquery.min.js"></script>

Try to comment out or delete the line before </body> . Most likely this will be enough.
