Hello. I have developed a WPF MVVM application using Prism 6.2. Multi-modular application. I also used Telerik controls in its development. In addition, the application works with MS SQL Server 2014 (the one that is freely distributed by Microsoft). Developed at VisualStudio 2015 Professional (Russified). Now I need to create an installation package for installing my application on users' computers. If I understand correctly, I need to create a SetUp project. I have never done this before. Where to begin ?

You can use the ClickOnce utility built into VS: right-click on the project name and select the Publish item (apparently in the Russian version Publish). But this is the easiest option, although quite effective, but for simple projects.
