How in ubuntu 14.04 to prohibit the user to enter other people's home folders?
If done:

#Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server Subsystem sftp internal-sftp Match User alexey Chrootdirectory /home/alexey ForceCommand internal-sftp X11Forwarding no AllowTCPForwarding no

it is impossible to even connect to the server via ssh. Google did not help.

    if “enter” was meant to “view content”, then this can be achieved by removing all access bits for the “rest” ( o thers) from the users' home directories.

    home directories are usually located in the /home directory. Consequently:

     $ sudo chmod o= /home/*

    see the chmod program documentation: $ man chmod
