Changed the path ( DocumentRoot ) for a virtual host instead of /var/www/ to /home/user/www/../.. that are created by another user. Changed envvars to user. Works on Ubuntu 14.04.
An error occurs at startup:
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access / on this server.
The standard directory works correctly. I tried many options, I did not find a solution.
