I work in Android Studio 2.2.2. The simple Hello world application quietly opens on the Sumsung GT3113 tablet (Android 4.2.2) and does not start on the mi_4c smartphone (Android 5.1.1). What I just did not try: I changed the driver, cleaned and sorted out the project, synchronized, did a delayed launch, switched to Android Studio 1.5.1 and still the launch error. People, what's wrong? Help me please. I give the manifest file and assembly.
