I wrote a small http-сервер in c++ with port 5555 . If you connect to it from the same machine through 127.0.0.1:5555 , then it accepts the connection and sends the answer. If you connect via the ip-address of the machine, then you cannot access the server. No Firewall or similar on the machine is not worth it.
