I copy the Spring configuration files from the old project. But I think that's not the point. In the picture you can see that the location property is lit in red and the error - Cannot resolve ... I think this is something related to the context. And the classpath variable is also red. What did I do wrong? If you need more screenshots of settings (and other things I will throw off) enter image description here

  • And what your files are forgotten in the webapp , why not in resources ? And yes it is not necessary that the spring will not read configs, ide sometimes scolds, but build normally - GVArt
  • In another project, the same file and code work fine. And they are also located in the web-app folder. Do these configs have in the resources folder? Explain please - Wamik
  • Standards, you can put the files in the java folder. But according to the standard, all .java files are written in the java folder, all configurations and the necessary files for the code to work in resources. All that is connected with the web in webapp (views, css, js, etc). So create a spring folder in the resources and drop all the files there. Here's a project to help you github.com/spring-projects/spring-petclinic - GVArt
  • About the standard, it is you, my friend, stupidity said: maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-war-plugin/usage.html - burtsevyg
