    You need this:

     .*?\(([^)]*)\).*

    Test for Ruby:

     mystring = 'Страниц: 320 (Офсет)'.match('.*?\(([^)]*)\).*')[1] puts mystring

    Write the 'Offset' value to the mystring variable
