I go to the time of publication of the application in the AppStore and faced with a question. I have a virtual Tinkoff Bank card tied to AppleID and the name in the iCloud settings (Settings -> iCloud, under the photo) is TINKOFF WALLET . When changing the name in the settings, the system writes that the billing information is incorrect.

If I publish the application, will this name somehow affect my display in the AppStore ? And if so, will it be possible to replace the name during the publication process?

The name will be used which you will use in developer.apple.com and itunesconnect.apple.com. In fact, you can write whatever you want.
