If you need a complete lack of user interaction - write a service (analog for Linux is a daemon). Services are not tied to specific user sessions, they run in the background, even if the login is not completed.
Just keep in mind that even the service can be stopped through the Control Panel โ Administration โ Services using the administrative account. There is no way to resist this, as the owner of the computer must have complete control over his PC.
