Here is a moment: Linux, during installation, looks at all partitions on all disks (do you have one HDD?) And forms the menu for grub2 accordingly. Bill Gates wanted to spit on everyone else, overwrites the SPL and writes his own, who knows only about Windows. Linux becomes inaccessible. If after that you boot from the installation disk of any LiveCD and select the "Restore bootloader" item, then the situation becomes normal. However, you have described so many reinstallations that it is now difficult to find the ends.

I recommend the following sequence of actions:

  1. Install Windows on the HDD PART
  2. Install Linux for the remainder

Everything will work fine.
