As far as I understood, the site implemented horizontal and vertical parallax. When scrolling through the page, the main elements (buttons, headers, shapes, etc.) move vertically upward a little, and when the scroll stops, the background elements (circles, squares, etc.) move along certain axes depending on the mouse movement.
Can anyone know how to realize a similar effect? I would be very grateful if you tossing some plugins, articles .. whatever. Thank!
