XmlDataProvider in UWP

Question

Good afternoon, today I needed to port an application that works with XML from a WPF application to UWP. The first thing that caught my eye was the absence of the XmlDataProvider class. Someone can tell me whether you can parse XML with native tools, or will you need to write the parser yourself?

You can use Linq To XML, it works well in UWP.
